Return Policy

You have 7 days from the day your car is delivered to look it over and confirm it matches its description and written condition report.
Eligible for return
Cars that do not match their written condition report, reported to us within 7 days of delivery and returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Refundable deposits
Deposits are refundable when an order is cancelled before the car is on its way to you.
Not eligible
Requests made more than 7 days after delivery, and cars that have been modified, altered, damaged after delivery or used beyond reasonable inspection.
Fees and arrangements
Any applicable fees and the return arrangements are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase, so everything is agreed before your car is on its way.
Fair resolution
If something is not right, we will work with you openly and honestly to find a fair solution.
